Personalisation options vary by product;
Letters & Patches - customers can select specific letters or designs to create a unique look on their chosen product. (Pouches, backpacks, bum bags etc )
Embroidery - Is included in the price of our hats and towels

What is your shipping policy?
Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 days, depending on the order and personalisation requirements. Shipping costs are 25 AED for orders under 200 AED within the UAE, with free shipping available for orders over 200 AED in select areas.
Can I return personalised items?
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned. However, if items are found to be damaged or defective upon receipt, we offer a full refund or exchange to ensure customer satisfaction.
Do you offer international shipping?
