Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting? Yes — we create custom sets for events, corporate gifting, and special occasions.
Can you create matching sets? Absolutely - we can create packages such as a Bridal Package, Mini Me Sets, The ultimate travel set including luggage tags, pouches and beach bags and hats can be made as coordinated sets. Ask me about anything you would like to put together.
What is your shipping policy?
Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 days, depending on the order and personalisation requirements. Shipping costs are 25 AED for orders under 200 AED within the UAE, with free shipping available for orders over 200 AED in select areas.
Do you offer same‑day delivery in Dubai?
Yes we can do same‑day delivery for selected items. Contact us to check availability.
Do you offer international shipping?

If the error is on our side, we will replace or fix the item at no cost.
What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?
